Thank you for shopping with Mulberry Drive! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 15 days of your purchase date. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accessories. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks or odors.
- Receipt: Proof of purchase is required. Please provide your original receipt or order confirmation email.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at team@shopmulberrydrive.com or visit our store with your receipt and item to initiate the return process.
- Shipping Returns: If returning by mail, securely pack the item and send it to the following address: 414 Main St., Marble Falls, TX, 78654. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized Items: Customized or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and offer a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If we’ve made a mistake with your order, let us know right away. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
